Loyal clients travel from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Northern Virginia and all parts of Maryland to have Jon Michael work his magic. Cheveux Salon is a small, intimate salon, with four supremely talented stylists dedicated to quality and integrity. From the moment you walk in the door and see the stunning décor, with its Chinese red walls, Shoji screen doors, 18th century wood block, grand reception desk and coffered ceiling, you will feel as if you are in another world, and you left your cares at the door. You’ll relax and be soothed with a cup of tea or coffee in a china cup, or enjoy glass of wine or refreshing bottled water. You have arrived.

Jon Michael Hair designer Jon Michael has made hair fashion his lifelong pursuit. From the runways of Paris to the salons of New York, Jon Michael has studied and perfected contemporary hairstyles for more than twenty-five years.
Jon Michael has studied at some of the most prestigious salons worldwide, including: Trevor Sorbi’s of Saville Row fame Jingles Academy in London L’Oréal Institute in Paris Kyoshi Ishawatari Studio in Tokyo Clairol Institute - New York The other stylists at Cheveux Salon were trained in the United States, but have also studies in London and Paris. Together, our team of stylists has the experience and skill you deserve from a fine salon.

It was under his tenure that Jon Michael became a member of the International Hair Color Specialists.
